We currently ship within the United States only via our website backyardatease.com.
2. Processing Time
- Orders processed within 1–3 business days
- Custom items may require additional time
3. Delivery Time Estimates
- Small parcel shipments: 5–10 business days
- Freight (LTL) shipments: 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier scheduling or supply chain factors.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may apply to selected products.

7. Freight Delivery Conditions
- Freight delivery is curbside unless otherwise specified
- Customer responsible for moving items indoors
- Adult (18+) must be present to receive shipment
8. Damaged Shipments
Visible damage should be noted on the carrier delivery receipt where possible.
Report damage within 7 days of delivery (20 days for The Bio Flame products; 3 days for Panama Jack, Pelican Reef and Rainbow Outdoor products) via: support@backyardatease.com
9. Missing Items
Report missing items within 7 days of delivery.
10. Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Defective items: return shipping covered
- Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping
- Restocking fee is fixed by brand and stated on the product page: Anderson Teak 15%; The Bio Flame and Panama Jack / Pelican Reef / Rainbow Outdoor no fee, except a 25% cancellation fee on custom Sunbrella fabric orders; other brands as stated on the product page
11. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Returned shipments due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees.
