Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and billing processes between Backyard At Ease, a division of Bedexx LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our Site and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed.
Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified. Any applicable sales tax or other charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

- Express Checkout Options: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

We do not accept cash, money orders, personal checks, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
2.3 Payment Due Date
One-Time Purchases: Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and captured.
3. Invoicing
Invoice Issuance: For online orders placed through our Site, an electronic order confirmation and receipt will be issued upon successful checkout and sent to the email address you provide.
Delivery Method: All billing documents and receipts are delivered electronically via email. We do not send paper invoices by mail.
Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing and contact information is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or outdated billing information.
4. Disputed Charges
Notification Period: If you dispute any charges related to your order, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the date of the charge or invoice.

Resolution: We will investigate and respond to billing disputes promptly. During our review, we may request additional information from you. If an error is confirmed, we will issue an appropriate refund or credit to your original payment method.
5. Refunds and Credits
Policy Reference: Refunds or credits are provided in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Processing Time: Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we approve the refund and, where applicable, after returned items have been received and inspected.
6. Taxes
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including but not limited to sales tax and any other similar charges imposed by applicable law. These amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Tax Exemption: If you are eligible for tax-exempt status, you must contact us and provide a valid tax exemption certificate before placing your order. Tax exemption cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been processed.

Corrections: If we discover a billing error, we will correct it promptly and notify you of any adjustments made.
Overcharges: If you have been overcharged, we will refund or credit the overcharged amount to your original payment method.
Undercharges: If you have been undercharged, we reserve the right to invoice you for the outstanding amount, and you agree to pay any such amounts promptly upon notification.

Payment Processor: We use Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to process payments and do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our billing services.
Maximum Liability: Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you to us for the products giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Entire Agreement
These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Payment & Checkout Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Backyard At Ease regarding billing matters and supersede all prior agreements or understandings related to billing.
Acknowledgment
By using our Site or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Billing Terms and Conditions.
