Find a lower price? We'll beat it by $50 on orders over $2,000.

At Backyard At Ease, you deserve the absolute best price—guaranteed. If you find an identical product advertised for less from an authorized online retailer, we'll not only match that price but beat it by $50 on qualifying orders over $2,000. For orders under $2,000, we'll match the competitor's total price (product + shipping).

Price match requests on orders over $2,000 are subject to verification that the competitor's pricing represents current market rates. We reserve the right to decline matches on pricing errors or unsustainable below-cost offers.

How Our Price Match Works

Submit your request within 7 days of your order date by emailing support@backyardatease.com with:

• Your Backyard At Ease order number

• Proof of the lower price (screenshot, URL, or dated advertisement showing the competitor's product price and shipping cost)

• Competitor's website URL

We'll review your request within 2 business days and issue a refund for the price difference (or $50 bonus on orders over $2,000) to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Price Match Requirements

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, all of the following must apply:

• Identical product: The competitor's item must be the exact same model, size, color, and configuration

• Authorized retailer: Competitor must be an authorized dealer of the brand (verified by manufacturer)

• Online-only retailer: Competitor must operate exclusively online with no physical retail locations

• In stock: Product must be available for immediate purchase and shipment on competitor's website at time of your request

• Current advertised price: Price must be publicly listed on competitor's website (not from private sales, emails, or expired promotions)

• Total delivered price: Price match includes product price + competitor's standard shipping cost to your location. Sales tax is excluded

• Timeframe: Request must be submitted within 7 days of your Backyard At Ease order confirmation email

What's Not Eligible

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Auction sites, marketplaces, or discount liquidators (including but not limited to eBay, Amazon Marketplace third-party sellers, Overstock clearance, Wayfair flash sales)

• Unauthorized dealers, gray market sellers, or retailers not approved by the product manufacturer

• Bundle deals, rebates, mail-in offers, financing promotions, or buy-one-get-one offers

• Annual promotional events: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Prime Day, and manufacturer-specific sales events (typically 24-72 hour flash sales)

• Pricing errors, expired promotions, or prices not available to the general public

• Orders already shipped or delivered at time of price match request

• Cancelled orders or items requested for return/refund
