We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for Return Authorization instructions before shipping the item

Items must be shipped within 7 days after receiving return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping covered by Backyard At Ease
  • Change-of-mind returns: customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not charge hidden fees. All applicable conditions are clearly disclosed in this policy

6. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the supplier and product type. The exact fee will be communicated and approved before the return is processed.
